Morgan Mulch
Morgan Mulch is a Partner at Guardian Dynamic Capital based in Estes Park, Colorado, bringing a hands-on operator’s view of hospitality, event venues, and commercial real estate. From 2012 to 2018, Morgan co-owned and ran Mary’s Lake Lodge, a historic Rocky Mountain lodge and resort with a boutique hotel, 69 condominiums, event spaces, and a full-service restaurant and brewery.
As General Manager, Morgan handled lead generation and business finances, helping grow the lodge’s special event business from 50 events a year to 220 and compete in Colorado’s destination wedding market.
After a fire destroyed the lodge in June 2018, Morgan spent years working through the loss alongside the clients and partners affected. That experience shaped a practical, risk-aware approach to property and business ownership, which Morgan continues to apply while advising hospitality, restaurant, and venue owners—including those opening or expanding a venue—on how to be better prepared and protected.
